How To Order - Step-By-Step

 Ordering Online 

1. Click on the Order Now! link to display the online order form.

2. Indicate your required quantity for each product item.

3. Fill in the shipping address and your billing address. Please note that we will take the billing address as your contact address.

4. If you have any specific shipping/delivery instructions for us, or if you wish to pay by credit card / TT / wire transfer, please let us know in the "Special Request/Instructions" column.

5. Click the "Submit" button on the order form.

6. You will receive an invoice from us via email. It will indicate the total order amount including shipping charges if applicable. As such, kindly ensure the contact number and email address given to us are valid. If you do not receive any email from us within 12 hours, please contact us at purifiers@acornid.com.

Making Payment

We offer the following payment options:

1. Cash / Cheque / Inter-bank Funds Transfer

2. Credit / Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express)

3. Wire Transfer / Telegraphic Transfer

Cash Discount Pricing
For payment by cash / cheque / inter-bank funds transfer, you receive a discount off the regular price.

Payment by Credit / Debit Card
Card payment is directly and securely processed by Paypal, an independent online payment processor that accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We will send you a Paypal invoice for you to initiate online payment. Cash discount pricing does not apply.

Payment by Wire Transfer/ Telegraphic Transfer
If you choose to pay via TT / wire transfer, we will provide complete bank details including SWIFT code in our invoice. We can typically confirm your transfer payment within 5 working days. Cash discount pricing does not apply. Please note that TT / wire transfer orders are subject to a bank fee of SGD $10.00 (which we pay to our bank). There may also be other charges levied by your bank and intermediate banks.

Shipping Your Order

We provide shipping worldwide. Actual shipping charges will vary according to your order size, shipment mode and delivery destination. For delivery outside of Singapore, our invoice will indicate the shipping charges.

Delivery Time
We ship by postal air parcel. Your order will reach you within 7 - 10 working days if you are located in the following countries: USA, Australia, Austria, Argentina, United Kingdom, Japan, Belgium, Brunei, Bahrain, China, Canada, Denmark, Egypt, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Italy, Iran, Irish Republic, Jordan, Kenya, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Maldives, New Zealand,  Netherlands, Nigeria, Norway, Pakistan, Philippines, Portugal, Qatar, Russia, Sweden, Sri Lanka, South Korea, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Tunisia, Turkey, U.A. Emirates, Venezuela, Spain, Brazil, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Bangladesh, Macau, Lao, & Papua New Guinea. If you are located in a country not listed above, your order will reach within 2 to 3 weeks (excluding customs delay, if any).

If you elect for shipment by courier air parcel, you will receive your order within 2 to 4 working days from the date of shipment, excluding customs delay.

Customs/Taxes
Please note that our prices exclude any Customs Duties and relevant taxes that may be applicable at your shipping destination.

Delivery Within Singapore

We provide FREE delivery in Singapore for orders above SGD $100.00. Otherwise, a discounted delivery charge of SGD $5.00 per delivery will apply.
