All products sold
by Acorn International Distributor are new and factory fresh, and
are personally inspected by us before shipping. Unless you notify Acorn
International Distributor to the contrary by the day after
receiving delivery, the products shall be deemed to have
been accepted by you in good condition.
Acorn International
Distributor is committed to product excellence. We have a 5-day
satisfaction guaranteed return policy. Should you receive a
defective product, or if any part of
your order has been damaged during shipment, kindly contact us
immediately at purifiers@acornid.com.
Be sure to give us a description of the problem and the invoice number,
and we will either contact you via phone, or email you, with return directions and
a Return
Authorization Number. Please do not return merchandise to us without
the Return Authorization Number.
Return
guarantee is void if the merchandise has been defaced,
changed, repaired or altered by any person other than our
authorized personnel. |

Acceptance
of Order
Once your order
has been accepted by us, you are deemed to have purchased the
merchandise/ product. Refusal to accept delivery does not
constitute a non-sale. If you fail to take delivery of the
products or fail to enable Acorn International Distributor to make
delivery (whether by refusal or failure to provide any
instruction, document, authorization or otherwise), delivery
shall be deemed to have taken place upon Acorn International
Distributor giving notice to you of such deemed delivery whereupon
the merchandise risk shall pass immediately to you. You shall
reimburse Acorn International Distributor all costs and expenses
(including but not limited to transport, storage and insurance
charges) incurred by Acorn International Distributor as a result
of your failure or refusal to take physical delivery.
For
delivery to your destination, you are liable for
any applicable taxes/ duties if incurred.
